2.  Agreement for International Collaboration between Selkirk College, University College of the Fraser Valley, Canada and Hanoi Agricultural University, valid until the 10^th November of 2009 (effective period of 5 years);

3.  Memorandum of agreement between Hanoi Agricultural university and Yunnan Agricultural University of P.R.China, valid until the 8^th December of 2006 (effective period of 5 years);

4.  Memorandum of agreement between Hanoi Agricultural university and the College of Veterinary Medicine, Seoul National University, the Republic of Korea, valid until the 1^st January of 2006 (effective period of 5 years);

19.  Agreement on Co-supervision of a doctoral thesis between Hanoi Agricultural University and the Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon, France, valid until the 28^th February of 2006 (effective duration of 5 years);

20. Memorandum of understanding on Academic Exchange between Hanoi Agricultural University, Vietnam and  Timiriazev University of Moscow, Russia, valid until the 11^th November of 2009 (effective duration of 5 years);

21. Agreement on Academic Exchange between Hanoi Agricultural University and Sichuan Agricultural University, China, valid until the 9^th June of 2010 (effective duration of 5 years);

2.Trao đổi cán bộ giảng dạy và cán bộ quản lý hành chính (exchange of teaching staff faculty and administration staff members)

3.  Trao đổi tài liệu, ấn phẩm xuất bản và thông  tin khoa học (exchange of academic materials, publications, and information)

4.Cùng tổ chức hội nghị, hội thảo khoa học, chuyên đề (joint hosting of seminars, conference and symposiums)

5.  Hợp tác nghiên cứu khoa học (joint researches)

6.  Những hoạt động khoa học khác (exchange of other academic activities)
